You may have seen reports about a newly identified PHP security vulnerability affecting online services worldwide.
We want to reassure you that Citrus-Lime’s core services, including Cloud POS and our eCommerce platform, are not affected by this vulnerability and continue to operate as normal. You can continue trading with confidence.
The vulnerability was limited to our WordPress-managed retailer blogs, which is an optional third-party platform that relies on PHP. As a precaution, on October 21 we temporarily disabled retailer blogs while we implemented additional security measures. These measures were applied and blogs were safely restored shortly afterwards. Your online shop remained live throughout, with no interruption to eCommerce services.
There is nothing you need to do. Our teams will continue to monitor the situation and respond to any further security guidance as necessary.
