We have scheduled an update to be applied to Cloud Reports on Tuesday 29th September at 2pm (BST).

This Hotpatch aims to:
Introduce a new Serviced Items report
Make loyalty points inclusion/exclusion configurable on the Empire & Store Dashboard
Add order-by options to the Data Export API to match the External API
Resolve an issue where the Workshop Performance Report returned 0 when All Stores was selected

& other internal changes.

We do not anticipate any disruption as a result of this update, but users will be required to log out and back in to the platform after the update is applied.

Our Support and Development Teams will remain on hand to ensure this update is completed smoothly.
