We have scheduled an update to be applied to the Ecommerce Checkout today, Tuesday 24th February, at 11:30am (GMT).

This update resolves an issue with some V12 orders remaining as 'Pending', even when the application has been approved in V12's portal.

If your site has been affected by this issue, we will be in touch to confirm which applications were affected and make a plan to resolve the order download for you.

We do not anticipate any disruption as a result of this update, but we will remain on hand to ensure it is carried off smoothly.
