We will be carrying out scheduled infrastructure maintenance on Sunday 28 June from 2:00am (BST).

As part of ongoing improvements to our platform infrastructure, we will be installing new network equipment within our datacentre. This work is required to support future enhancements to the resilience and security of our services.

Service Impact

During the maintenance window, a temporary loss of connectivity is expected while network services are transferred to the new infrastructure. As a result, the following services will be unavailable:

- Cloud POS and related services (Workshop, Shipping, API, etc.)
- Cloud Reports
- Standard and Premium eCommerce websites
- CloudMT
- Customer Rewards
- Checkout

We have scheduled a maintenance window of up to 2 hours to complete this work. However, we expect the interruption to be significantly shorter and will restore services as soon as possible.

Our Infrastructure Team will be actively monitoring the work throughout the maintenance period to ensure it is completed safely and efficiently.
