We are undertaking scheduled maintenance to Cloud Reports on Monday 21st September, at 14:45 (BST).

This maintenance aims to improve performance on the underlying Reports database, which should in turn help to prevent timeouts on Intelligence.citruslime.com (including the /BI/ API endpoints).

We do not expect any lasting disruption as a result of this maintenance, but Cloud Reports may produce errors for a short period as the maintenance is in progress.

Our Support and Development Teams will remain on hand to ensure it is carried out smoothly.
