Hello,

We are deploying an update to Cloud POS on Monday the 13th of October at 07:00 (BST).

This update aims to continue work to address intermittent performance issues occurring in POS & Back Office, as well as fix an issue with TotalCount in the API.

Disruption should be minimal, but users may be required to sign out and back in following the update.

The Support Team are on hand for any questions you may encounter about this.
