We have scheduled an update to be deployed to the Customer Rewards module tomorrow, on Wednesday 3rd December 2025, at 09:00am (GMT).

This release includes enhancements to our 2FA functionality, specifically allowing a successful 2FA authentication to remain valid for 7 days (in line with Cloud POS).

We do not expect any disruption as a result of this update.
