We’re excited to announce that Back Office 2.0 will officially launch on Monday 30th June 2025!
From this date, all links to Back Office will take you to the new 2.0 version. You can choose to start using it right away, or continue using Back Office 1.0 during this transition period.
That being said, we recommend making the switch as soon as you're comfortable — we think you’ll love what’s new, and this will help to prepare for the official decommissioning of 1.0 in the future.
----------------------------------------------------------------- What does this mean for you? Back Office 1.0 remains available for now, so you can switch between 1.0 and 2.0 freely with no risk.
No disruption to your current in-store processes — Back Office 2.0 contains the same features as 1.0 (plus more), and so everything you usually do should continue to work as expected.
Back Office 2.0 brings a refreshed look, powerful new features, and an improved experience. It's mostly a matter of getting familiar with where things now live.
