We have scheduled an update to be applied to Cloud Print services on Tuesday 12th May at 1:30pm (BST).

This Hotpatch aims to introduce support for a new model of label printer, which replaces the current model. Support for current printers will remain, so there should be no disruption to current users.

We do not anticipate any disruption as a result of this update, as queued jobs will retry once the service comes back up.

Our Support and Development Teams will remain on hand to ensure this update is completed smoothly.
