We have scheduled an update to be applied to the Courier Integration Module on Monday 13th July at 08:00-08:45am (BST).

This Hotpatch aims to resolve an issue whereby retailers are unable to print labels for offline services.

We do not anticipate any disruption as a result of this update, but users will be required to log out and back in to the platform after the update is applied.

Our Support and Development Teams will remain on hand to ensure this update is completed smoothly.
