The WordPress security work is now complete, and retailer blogs are back online.
We have implemented the additional protections and re-enabled WordPress. However, it may take a little time for these changes to propagate fully, so some retailers may not see their blogs restored immediately.
If a blog is still unavailable, please allow a little time for the changes to take effect before investigating further.
We’ll continue to monitor the situation to ensure everything returns to normal.

We have been made aware of a newly reported security vulnerability affecting PHP, the software that powers WordPress websites worldwide. This is an industry-wide issue and is not specific to Citrus-Lime.
As a precaution, following advice from our security team, we have temporarily disabled WordPress on retailer websites. As a result, WordPress-managed pages and blog content will be unavailable for a short period.
This does not affect your eCommerce website. Online shops will continue to operate as normal, and the impact is limited to WordPress-managed content.
This is an industry-wide security issue, and organisations running WordPress will be taking steps to address it. We already have a plan in place and are implementing additional security measures across our WordPress setup to protect against this newly identified vulnerability and strengthen security more broadly.
This is a precautionary measure and is not the result of an issue specific to Citrus-Lime. We will restore WordPress services as soon as the necessary work is complete and it is safe to do so.
No action is required from you. Our team is managing the situation and working to restore access as quickly as possible.
