We have scheduled an update to be applied to Cloud Reports on Monday 1st June at 10am (BST).

This update aims to:
- Introduce a new Workshop Performance by Store Report

- Fix an issue causing negative quantity sold figures on the Store and Empire Dashboards involving Loyalty Points

- Introduce helpful text in the existing Workshop Productivity Report


We do not anticipate any disruption as a result of this update, but users will be required to log out and back in to the platform after the update is applied.

Our Support and Development Teams will remain on hand to ensure this update is completed smoothly.
