This issue was resolved at approximately 16:30 (UK Time).

We will continue to monitor the platform closely to ensure there are no further issues.

Investigating

We are working to resolve an issue whereby Back Office and some eCommerce websites are intermittently unavailable, with the user instead seeing timeout errors or the page just not loading.

This is being worked on as our highest priority, and we will restore the platform as soon as possible.

A further update will be posted here once available.
