We have scheduled an update to be applied to Cloud POS on Thursday 23rd July, at 7am (BST).

This Hotpatch aims to resolve an issue relating to the item search focus no longer being automatic in POS following Quick Switch.

We do not anticipate any disruption as a result of this update, but users will be required to log out and back in to the platform after the update is applied.

Our Support and Development Teams will remain on hand to ensure this update is completed smoothly.
