We have scheduled an update to be applied the eCommerce Checkout on Thursday 28th May 2026, at 08:30am (BST).

This update aims to resolve an issue with DPD ShiptoShop orders not showing in Apple Wallet. NB, this does not affect the customer's ability to place their order successfully. The issue means they are just unable to track the order afterwards via Apple Wallet in this scenario.

We do not anticipate any disruption as a result of this update.

Our Support and Development Teams will remain on hand to ensure this update is completed smoothly.
