We have scheduled an update to be applied to the Courier Module on 13th October 2026, at 08:30 BST.

This Hotpatch aims to complete some preparation work for EU PIDs changes.

We do not anticipate any disruption as a result of this update, but users will be required to log out and back in to the platform after the update is applied.

Our Support and Development Teams will remain on hand to ensure this update is completed smoothly.
