We have scheduled a hotpatch to be applied to Cloud POS on Wednesday 4th February at 7am (GMT).

This hotpatch aims to address an issue whereby newly created customers are not added to a transaction.

We do not expect any disruption as a result of this update, but you may be prompted to log out of Cloud POS and back in following this hotpatch.
