DPD have posted an update that they are continuing to work on resolving this issue:
'DPD IT message: Google Cloud Platform update We are writing to update you on the status of the Google Cloud Platform issues that are impacting our services.
This issue is still ongoing; multiple businesses across the UK have been affected by this outage.
Google have released the following statement:
"We are experiencing an issue with multiple services in europe-west2 beginning on Monday. Our engineering team continues to investigate the issue. We apologise to all who are affected by the disruption."
We are in constant communication with Google and working with them to resolve this issue, while also pursuing alternative solutions to get shipping back up and running as soon as possible.'

Monitoring
DPD has confirmed that it is experiencing a wider service disruption affecting multiple DPD and MyDPD systems, including shipping and API services.
According to DPD, the issue has been traced to widespread problems within Google Cloud Platform, and their IT team is working with Google to restore services.
Based on this information, the issue does not currently appear to be related to the Citrus-Lime integration. The disruption is likely to be affecting label printing through our DPD Ship to Shop and regular DPD services integration as a result of the wider DPD service issues.
We will continue to monitor the situation and provide a further update as soon as more information becomes available.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Investigating
We are currently investigating an issue affecting the DPD Ship to Shop integration, which is producing errors when attempting to print shipping labels.
Our team is treating this as a priority and investigating urgently. At this stage, it is unclear whether the issue originates within our integration or is related to a problem on DPD’s side.
We will provide a further update as soon as more information becomes available. Thank you for your patience.
