We can now confirm that successful transactions are being processed through PDQ's.

We will monitor this closely for a short period until we are satisfied that the matter is definitely closed.

Identified

We are aware of an issue with Paymentsense PDQ's, which are showing an error when attempting to process a transaction.

This error is being returned from Paymentsense and we are working with them to understand the issue and gain a timeline for the resolution.
