We are updating the eCommerce platform, including the Checkout.
This is scheduled to take place throughout the day on Thursday the 9th of October 2025, starting at 08:30am (BST).

Your website may experience a few moments of downtime during the update. When this occurs, a user-friendly message will be displayed to inform your customers of the update.
You may notice that you cannot access certain pages within Cloud MT for a brief period.
*********************** This update aims to resolve an issue with GA4, and a further issue related to the display of the Collections Summary page.
Should you wish to check whether your site has completed the update, you can do by looking at the version number in the Cloud MT Dashboard, which will be as follows post-update:
