We have scheduled an update to be applied to Cloud POS on Tuesday 27th October at 7am (GMT).

The update aims to add support for new EU regulations covering overseas shipments. Part of this is support for PIDs, which become mandatory on 1st November.

We do not anticipate any disruption as a result of this update, but users may be required to log out and back in to the platform after the update is applied.

Our Support and Development Teams will remain on hand to ensure this update is completed smoothly.
