We have scheduled an update to be applied to Cloud POS on Friday 11th September 2026, at 11:45am BST.

This Hotpatch aims to resolve the issue with accessing CitrusPay Payouts.

We do not anticipate any disruption as a result of this update, but users will be required to log out and back in to the platform after the update is applied.

Our Support and Development Teams will remain on hand to ensure this update is completed smoothly.
