We have scheduled an update to be deployed to websites on the eCommerce platform on Wednesday 14th October 2026, starting at 8:30am (BST). Websites will be updated in turn from this time.
The update will focus on changes to the underlying structure of the eCommerce platform. Retailers will not see any changes to the appearance or functionality of their websites as a result.
Potential disruption Your website may be unavailable for a few moments whilst the update is applied. When this happens, a user-friendly message will be displayed to let your customers know.
We do not anticipate any lasting disruption as a result of this update.
We will also be applying an accompanying update to the eCommerce Checkout at 12:00pm (BST). We do not expect any downtime as a result of this update.
Our Support and Development Teams will remain on hand to make sure this update is completed smoothly.
