We have scheduled an update to the Courier Integration Module for Tuesday, 24th February at 08:30am (GMT).
This update will introduce the new version of ParcelForce / Royal Mail into production, enabling us to begin retailer migrations.
There will be no changes to label printing during this time. The purpose of the update is to prepare for migrations only - retailers will remain on the current version until they are individually migrated. We will contact you separately with further details regarding your migration.
We expect a brief disruption of approximately 5–10 minutes while the update is applied. During this period, label printing and shipping rules management may be temporarily unavailable. Full service will resume once the update is complete.
Our Support and Development teams will be on hand throughout the maintenance window to ensure a smooth rollout.
