We have scheduled a Hotpatch to be deployed to Cloud POS at 07:00 (GMT) on Tuesday the 15th of April 2025.

We do not expect any downtime as a result of this update, however users may be required to log out and back in to the platform.

This update contains a fix for an issue with the CitrusPay Payouts Report, whereby ApplePay payouts were not showing for retailers in some scenarios.

The Support Team are on hand for any questions you may encounter about this update.
